What to agree before sharing files
The pilot paperwork should identify the materials to be processed, the purpose of processing, the providers and locations involved, and the access arrangements.
It should also address retention and deletion, available exports, and how data or security requests will be handled. Any specific requirements your company has should be reviewed before project files are transferred.

If you have a required addendum or security questionnaire, send it to josh@bidline.ai for review. Do not attach customer plans or price books to the initial request.
