Retention depends on the information and the systems handling it. Review the applicable retention and export arrangements for your pilot before transferring project files.
Customer project and account data
Retention, available exports, and deletion arrangements need to be agreed during pilot intake. If you require a specific deletion deadline or export format, ask Josh to review that requirement before sending files.
Contact and relationship records
Contact-form submissions and relationship records are used to arrange and follow up on business conversations. Email josh@bidline.ai to request correction or deletion.
Email correspondence
Email and attachments are retained in our business email. Contact Josh about a specific message or attachment.
Website chat
The local conversation is kept in browser session storage. Messages are also processed by Anthropic through the website. Clearing the local conversation does not establish deletion from provider systems.

Retention depends on the provider and service configuration. If a specific retention limit is required, contact Josh to review it along with the pilot data terms.
