Data Retention

Last updated August 30, 2026

How long we keep each kind of data, in one table. Where an exact timeline is contractual, it is written into your agreement and the data processing addendum; this page will not quietly promise a different number.

Price books, plan sets, estimates

Kept while your account is active. At termination, returned to you and deleted on the timeline in your agreement.

CONFIRM: Craig to verify export-and-delete is executable end to end, and Josh to set the timeline (30 days proposed)

Correction ledger

Kept while your account is active, exportable by you at any time. It is your record; if you leave, it leaves with you.

Account and sign-in records

Kept while your account is active, then removed with the account.

CONFIRM: Craig to confirm what the platform actually removes today

Pilot call form submissions

Kept while the conversation is live. If nothing comes of it, deleted within 12 months of last contact.

CONFIRM: Josh to confirm the 12-month figure matches how the CRM is actually run

Email correspondence

Retained in our business email like any company's correspondence.

Website server logs

Held by our hosting provider on their standard rolling window. We keep no separate copy.

CONFIRM: state Vercel's actual log retention window here rather than leaving it vague

The principle behind the table

Customer product data exists to run your account and for no other reason, so its lifetime is your account's lifetime plus the wind-down your agreement names. Nothing in this table is an archive we mine later: when a retention period ends, the data is gone, not repurposed.
