When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, and the page you submitted from. Your submission passes through our automation service to our CRM so we can arrange and follow up on your conversation.

Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not sell your contact information or use it for advertising.

When you use the embedded Calendly calendar or open its booking page, Calendly processes scheduling information and the details you provide to arrange the meeting. Business email, including attachments you choose to send, is handled through Google Workspace.

The website chat is an AI assistant. Your messages, recent conversation history, and current page are sent through our website to Anthropic to generate replies. The conversation is also kept in your browser's session storage so it can continue as you browse.

Do not include customer plans, price books, credentials, or confidential project information in chat. Clearing the local conversation does not establish deletion from provider systems.

Vercel hosts this website and handles traffic, chat requests, and operational logs. Google Fonts receives browser requests when fonts load. We do not use advertising trackers on this website. Third-party services have their own data-handling practices.

A pilot may involve account details, plan sets, price-book data, draft estimates, and estimator edits. Review the processing scope, providers, access, retention, and available exports with Josh before sending those materials. The applicable intake and service terms govern that work.
