Privacy Policy
BidLine is a product of Solid Giant Ltd. This page says what we collect, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it, in plain sentences. When we say "you" we mean either a visitor to this website or a contractor whose team uses the BidLine product; each section says which one it covers.
What this website collects
If you submit the pilot call form we collect your name, your company, your work email, and the page you submitted from. That information goes to our own automation server and our CRM, and it is used for exactly one thing: setting up and following up on the conversation you asked for. We do not add you to a newsletter, share your details with anyone else, or use them for advertising.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) as part of operating the infrastructure. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when the page loads. The site sets no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. What the product collects
When your company becomes a BidLine customer we process the material your team gives us to deliver the service: your price book, your plan sets, the estimates BidLine produces, and the corrections your estimators make. We also hold ordinary account information such as names, work emails, and sign-in records for the people on your team.
That material is used to run BidLine for your account and for nothing else. Your price book, your costs, and your margins are private to your account. They are not shared with other customers, never pooled into cross-customer averages or benchmarks, and never used to train anything shared across customers. Your corrections belong to your account and are exportable; if you leave, the record leaves with you.
Customer price books and margins never enter our marketing or analytics tooling. That is an operating rule on our side, not a courtesy.
Who we share data with
We use a short list of infrastructure providers to run the website and the product. The current list, and what each one touches, is published at bidline.ai/subprocessors. We do not sell data, rent data, or trade data with anyone, in any form.
How long we keep it
Retention periods for each kind of data are published at bidline.ai/retention. The short version: customer data is kept while your account is active, and the details of what happens at termination are written into your agreement.
Your choices
Write to josh@bidline.ai to ask what we hold about you or your company, to correct it, or to ask us to delete form submissions we no longer need. A real person reads that inbox. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it, and customers with an active agreement get told directly rather than being left to notice.
