Subprocessors

Last updated August 30, 2026

These are the infrastructure providers BidLine relies on, and exactly what each one touches. The distinction that matters is in the third column: whether a provider ever handles customer product data, meaning price books, plan sets, estimates, and corrections, or only website and business correspondence data.

How this list changes

Before we add a provider that touches customer product data, active customers are notified in advance, with time to object, on the terms in the data processing addendum. Providers that only touch website traffic can change without notice, but this page is updated either way.
